Three Food Issues

High Prices

Due to a complicated supply chain and transport issues that affect access to food in cities, prices are high while farmers earn less.

Low Consumption of Fruits and Vegetables

Food security also means eating ample amount of fruits and vegetables to maintain good health and ward off malnutrition.

Aging Farmers

Our farmers who work the land are getting older while the youth are less likely to replace them because of sociocultural factors.
